A district collector noticed Khushi, a six-year-old girl living inside Bilaspur Central Jail. Her father was incarcerated, and her mother had passed away shortly after her birth. Khushi expressed a desire to study in a good school, which prompted intervention. An IAS officer facilitated her admission to Jain International School for education and accommodation. This intervention provided Khushi with an opportunity to experience a world beyond prison walls.
