Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is facing legal action from Eclatant Films due to a contract breach. The production company is seeking Rs. 29.67 crore, which includes the principal amount and interest, as Varma reportedly failed to adhere to the terms of their agreement from April 10, 2010. The Bombay High Court backed this contract in 2013.
