Hrithik Roshan, the Bollywood superstar, has secured a luxurious office space in the bustling area of Andheri West, Mumbai. The five-year lease with Clearsynth Labs starts at a monthly rent of Rs 17 lakh and spans about 6,000 square feet, complete with seven parking spaces. This agreement begins on April 1, 2026, and will see a rent hike to Rs 19.55 lakh after three years, culminating on March 31, 2031.
