Ethan Jamieson, 27, the face behind a character in the popular 'Hunger Games' franchise, has landed in serious legal trouble after allegedly discharging a handgun at a trio of men’s car in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was apprehended on April 8 and will not be granted bail.
